We are Doréma UK! We develop, produce and sell caravan awnings and canopies. Our brand has been active since 1987 and we have a leading position within the international leisure industry. Doréma is part of the Sunshine Group, which also includes the brands De Waard (Familiy tents & Glamping accomodations) and Alpenkreuzer (Tent Trailers).

We are a growing organization and our ambition is to become the largest European awning cloth-related leisure brand company through profitable growth on a global and local base. Besides our offices in the UK (Castleford), we have a commercial team in Germany, own production facilities in Slovenia and Czech Republic and an intens international dealer- and agent network. The headquarters in the Netherlands. Within the entire group there are ±250 employees, in the UK you will work directly with ±10 colleagues. What are you going to do?
You are the first point of contact by telephone and email for customers and dealers when it comes to information, questions, orders, invoicing, stock information or complaint handling. The Office Sales Junior is responsible for boosting sales and achieving optimal customer satisfaction. You are also ensuring a proper after-sales and complaint handling. The following tasks are also part of your job:

• Answering questions towards consumers/dealers and providing appropriate advice and tips by email and phone;
• Input all orders into our Navision database;
• Giving advice based on incoming questions from dealers, including focusing on availability and delivery time of the product range;
• Dealing with complaints who are easy to handle;
• Processing and releasing orders in the system;
• General administrative duties e.g. filing and post duties.
• Plus any other duties, as required

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a proactive attitude. You are a confident individual with great interpersonal skills who can work on their own initiative. You will be able to work as a key team colleague, have the ability to think on your feet, driven to tackle and optimize the current processes and eager to score! You have at least:

• A completed education in the field of sales or administration;
• 1-3 years of work experience in similar position, customer contact experience is preferred;
• You are enthusiastic, communicatively strong and customer oriented;
• Knowledge in the field of tent related products, technical applications and material knowledge or you are willing to learn this!;
• Knowledge of working with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• A good command of the English language.
